(Volatile Organic Compounds) compliant because it contains zero V.O.C (solvent- free). It has metallic integral pigment that gives a variegated three- dimensional look and is also available in color-shift pigments. When incorporated with
high-performance, chemical resistant urethane or polyaspartic
topcoats, you can create an easy to clean, virtually

Decorative Epoxy ProcessMetallic epoxy systems is fluid applied in a multi-coat process with a primer coat, metallic body coats and topcoats. It utilizes seamless epoxy floor coating.
1.) grind floors to manufactures recommendations clean from any
debris.
2) Pre cut and clean all cracks with diamond grinder. Cut 30
degrees along crack alternating cuts. Install stainless steel
straps. This will reduce the chance of cracks returning. This
process is called stitching.
3.) Gravity feed epoxy crack filler into all pre cut cracks.
Fill precuts cracks level to concrete ready for epoxy primer.
4) Roller apply epoxy primer to properly prepped concrete ready
for base epoxy coat
5) Trowel Apply 100% high solid pigmented base coat epoxy. Add a liquid dispersing agent to distress the metallic pigments for producing a three dimensional and variegated.
6) After metallic base coat dries roller apply 100% solid epoxy clear coat.
7) After top clear coat dries roller apply a second clear coat
using a chemical resistant polyurethane for a final coat.
